Anti-Human Trafficking
Training for State Judges

This training is designed to build the capacity of State Judicial Systems to address the crime of Human Trafficking.  The training was developed in conjunction with the National Judicial College, and is taught by NJC instructors.  It is offered at national conferences as a breakout session, and it is also available as an online webinar.

The course content includes:

  • Unique considerations of human trafficking perpetrator and victim issues
  • Victim trauma considerations
  • Immigration issues
  • Penalties
  • Sentencing issues
  • Restitution
  • Forfeiture
