Dennis has 34 years of municipal law enforcement experience, including 18 years as a Director of Public Safety and Chief of Police. He has served public safety agencies as a consultant for 15 years, helping to develop solutions to the complex environment facing law enforcement today.
Bill served for 29 years as a Peace Officer for the Burnsville, MN Police Department, including many years as a trainer within the department. Bill has worked for another 15 years as a trainer and consultant to public safety agencies, from small localities to the U.S. Capitol Police.
Susan has over 25 years experience in financial management and operations, for a variety of nonprofit and private sector organizations. She holds a M.B.A from Yale University and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
